(AI) in Vietnam are receiving the highest and higher salaries compared to other
professional groups.

group of Blockchain-related software development engineers receives an average
salary of $ 2,241 / month, AI-related software development teams earn $ 1,844 /
month, ranked third is Full-Stack. with a salary of 1,642 USD / month.
In terms of job roles,
the top 3 positions with the highest salaries are Solution Architect with a
salary of 1,753 USD / month; Agile / Scrum engineer with a salary of 1,500 USD
/ month; Project manager with a salary of 1,372 USD / month.
Also according to
the report of this online recruitment website, the group of senior engineers in
Ho Chi Minh City expected a salary of $ 2,625, but actually received $ 1,550,
which is a difference of about $ 1,075; The Front-end engineering team in Hanoi
expected a salary of 1,385 USD but is receiving a salary of 635 USD, which is
less than half of the expected and a difference of 750 USD; similarly, the case

The CEO of the company said that the demand for recruiting information
technology personnel is increasing in the digital era, which attracts and

The report also
pointed out that wages are the main factor that causes IT workers to change
jobs in the next 6 months. Because, when asked about the intention to switch
jobs in the next 6 months, up to 60% of survey participants said they intended
to switch jobs. The main reason was that respondents, in turn, said they wanted
a higher salary (47%); want to improve (15%) and want to refresh the working
environment (10%).

report on the IT market of 2019, it shows that bonuses and overtime pay should
be improved by businesses to meet the expectations of workers," said the CEO. Speaking and making recommendations,
